How to Get Your Top
There are two ways to receive your top:
1. Collect at the Event - Place your order and select Collection at checkout. Your top will be brought to the event and will be available for you to collect at registration.
2. Home Delivery - Place your order and select Delivery at checkout. Your item will be posted directly to your address.
⚠️ Important:
Because every item we make is personalised just for you, we’re not able to offer refunds. Delivery times can occasionally take a little longer than usual, especially during busy periods.
If you need your order for a special event, we recommend allowing at least 5 working days from the date you place your order so it arrives in plenty of time.
We put a lot of care into each piece and always do our best to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible while keeping the quality you expect.
